Pink tube top from New York and Company with ruffle and side tie

Polyester spandex pink tube top with asymmetrical ruffle on bottom and side tie. There are no straps. In one photo, it is hanging by the loops inside to allow it to be placed on hanger. Tags are not attached, but the item was never worn and is in excellent condition.
