aleecastleberry @kitty2393 it's very stable. I was able to spin around on it. But I had the top piece screwed into the ceiling. (The top piece can screw into the ceiling and the pole can be attached and detached as you wish) the manufacturer said it doesn't need to be screwed in if you're under 200lbs but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

aleecastleberry @merceytee it didn't mess it up. It left holes in my ceiling but after I got a new pole I fixed then with putty and a little paint. You don't have to rescrew it every time. Just leave the top screwed in and the pole attaches and detaches.

aleecastleberry @merceytee just screw it into a stud. If you screw it into straight drywall(what most ceilings are) it'll probably come loose.
