A child XL or an adult small. Cest measures 24 inches. armpit to bottom of the top measures 15 inches. very flowy top. has built in liner in the chest. it is not padded at all. has a plastic clasp around the neck. the shorts measure about a 20 inch waist. they are about 9 inches long. the shorts are a soft material and are sparkly. it has stretch to it! this whole costume has been rhinestoned and is BEAUTIFUL on stage! was worn for a breast cancer dance originally. smoke free home!
