Adorable pink and denim skirt with ruffles and lace. Cowgirl, rodeo, farm themed skirt for a birthday party. Bought for my daughter for her birthday party but she never wore as it’s too big. She’s a petite 3 year old. It does have adjustable buttons on the inside and a tie belt. Measures 11” long and 10” wide laying flat.
