Pink and Cream Belt Buckle 40’s and 50’s maybe early 60’s

Vintage belt buckle. Great for costume designers or fans of making vintage clothing or rehabilitating vintage clothing. Barbie core, babydoll core. There are condition issues that can be seen in pictures. It is useable but needs a clean. I don’t want to try because I don’t know what material it is or how to properly clean it.
