vintage_reborn@joyabbie Hello. Most likely it is 100% nylon. It is stretchy and only very slightly stiff, kind of like bridal veil. This tulle stretches in width and in length. It is not very stiff, because the holes are very small. They are square, 1mm X 1mm.
