This Baby Girl's Pink Smocked Dress is AMAZING! Done by Feltman Brothers (Fine Children's Heirloom clothing). The particular smocking/embroidery design makes this a RARE FIND!! The Peter Pan collar has a delicate vintage lace trim. The short puff sleeves gather with elastic, leaving a ruffle and has a matching lace trim. The entire bodice is smocked and has vertical rows of white embroidery. Just above the waist, French Bullion rosebuds done in two-toned pink embroidery with green leaves, sits above a triple scalloped border done in a matching pink embroidery. The scalloped design reminds me of a fancy cake's icing decor! A tie back sash makes for a perfect fit. Great for Partis, Portraits, weddings, church etc. Wonderful Find!! Like New Condition!!
