Pink Skull Beaded Pen

I couldn't get the pic right but there is no beads after the skull pendant. It's a pen with 1 refill. I have bunch more and I do keychains so just ask, I might be able to do custom ones too. This helps me and my kids get around until we got a car, so anything helps
