Pink Ruffled Mesh Step-In Harness

This cute harness is made of a breathable mesh material and has a polka dot ruffle around the neck, highlighted by a satin ribbon on the front. The polka dot pattern edges the rest of the harness. Finishing it off are two heart-shaped buttons below the satin ribbon. The step-in design makes it an easy on, easy off harness and is kept closed by strong velcro tabs and double secured with a quick release buckle.
