Avon classic pink enamel breast cancer ribbon in goldtone. I have redesigned an upcycled this to add a New beautiful, sparkling, iridescent Aurora Borealis Crystal butterfly charm. Rare find. Attach this to your own necklace chain, or wherever you want to hang it. I believe when this originally came out in the catalog in the late 1990s, it was advertised with a chain.
