saggos @desertbluesun it will stretch. Armpit to Armpit is 17 inches unstretched and will stretch to 20 inches.

saggos @desertbluesun I also found I have a size Medium. I am going to list it. It measures 18 inches armpit to armpit and will also stretch. It is approximately 17.5 inches in length shoulder to hem.
