I'm not a seamstress. I cannot fix this. I'd probably change the size if I fix this. please take a look at the photos the outside is in excellent shape. this has pockets on the outside left shoulder. the rip is in the center of the jacket inside just below the hood. please take a look at the photos for actual size. thank you for looking in God bless bag 84
