Pink Owl nautical anchor pattern blue shift dress

Pink Owl shift dress. This brand is sold at ModCloth and Nordstrom but I don’t remember where I purchased it. Blue with a red & white nautical pattern featuring anchors & wheels. Wider crew or scoop neck. Cuffed or folded sleeves with gold color anchor button detail. Material/care tag is faded, but I machine washed this on gentle cycle and hung to dry. A few small spots in the material shown in closeup photos (I never noticed until photographing!). Perfect patriotic dress for the Fourth of July!
