It was manufactured by the Hocking Glass Company (later Anchor Hocking) in the United States between approximately 1935 and 1938.
The bowl features a distinct open lace or scalloped edge and a ribbed pattern around the body.
The bottom of the bowl often has a starburst or sunburst pattern.
