Brand Yoins. Pink Floral Print Off Shoulder Smocked dress. Super cute. Not see through, not ur average thin material kind of thick but not double if that makes sense. Super cute on. Very stretchy. Fits between a US 6-10 I would think. So a medium or a large could wear it nicely, I do believe the tag says large but I got it based off my medium measurements haha
