Although the tag says M-this runs VERY small! I learned the hard way - which is why it still has the tags. Ha! Please note the measurements: (All measurements taken while laying flat.) The waist measures 14" from side seam to side seam. Widest area across hips is 16" seam-to-seam. From the waist to bottom of short is 10" , and to bottom of skirt is 12" (measured in front center). This is a satin-like material. Very fun and funky and ready to hit the club!!
