Pine Island International Men's White Embroidered Short Sleeve Button Up Shirt M. 60% cotton 40% polyester. There are a few loose strings and a very light stain on the collar. The bottom is a little bit curved. The Fire Mountain restaurant logo is embroidered on the sleeve. Measurements: Shoulders - 18 3/8" Arms - 10 1/16" Chest - 21" Length - 32" Opening - 23 5/8" These measurements may not be exact but it's what I got.
