Piko 1988 Joyful Adventures on Green Grassy Plain

This is such a great coat/dress. Deep midnight blue with soft white polkadots and embroidery. he size says large, but actually its more like a small fitting closer to a size 4 or 6 or petite 8. Condition is like new, lining is in perfect.
