Pierre Balmain Bag in Black Leather with Gold Grommet Detail. This *RARE* and authentic vintage Pierre Balmain black leather pochette bag features gold grommets and a 42” gold chain strap. This quality Italian bag features soft and supple leather studded with golden grommets, and a gorgeous gold chain strap. I’m the original owner, having purchased it from an authorized retail store for $899. There are tags inside the bag with the authenticity numbers on them, and there’s a date that says 1973. It’s not the date it was made or purchased, so it may be the origin date of Pierre Balmain, maybe before he became known as just Balmain. It still has the tags on it and the inside paper stuffing, and it’s in perfect condition. Bag itself is 12” x 5.5”. New with tags.
