jarrette358 Thank you for this! I will be using this graphic! I video every thing I box up - I just got my first case of buyer fraud. I’m so bummed. The item she sent pictures of is definitely not the item I sent her. So frustrating. Hopefully Poshmark lets me send the video!

elysianexchange @jarrette358 it's so frustrating! I have been reading more and more complaints from sellers who are dealing with buyers that are clearly trying to scam them and Poshmark siding more and more with the buyers without doing their due diligence with investing the cases. It's very upsetting as a seller! With as much money as Poshmark makes off of all their users, they really need to step up their game when it comes to seller protection! I hope this graphic helps you out! 💕

jarrette358 @rylin1629 just an update, as soon as I posted pics on claim & said I had video of item, she decided to tell Poshmark that she accidentally opened a case on the wrong purse because she bought 2 of the same kind and sorry! Said she hadn’t even received the purse I sent yet! Ha! She dismissed the case against me & funds were released immediately by Poshmark! :) so there’s hope for honest sellers! Thanks again for graphic! Hopefully this won’t happen again if I make buyers aware of my process!

alan93 Hello. I have seen people mention that they pic and vid everything and I never quite understood that until reading these comments. Scammers can destroy the reputation of PM and trust people have in this platform.

mamastepps @elysianexchange thank you for this. I recently had a buyer open a claim on a new with tag item of mine. She claimed it smelled horribly and had terrible stains. As soon as I submitted photos of my packaging and shipping process she changed her claim to the packaging was damaged due to USPS. Yet, there was no mention of this for the first week. And posh bought it. I did receive a refund but so did she. I'm still annoyed.

adele2030 Well done. I’ve been scammed three times makes me want to quit. Especially when posh doesn’t do their job and protect sellers who have five star reputations and been working posh. Congratulations to you all
