mardenboroughm@unlimited23 please don’t be offended I was not being disrespectful about your closet I just felt foolish when I saw the difference in pricing It just goes to show my ignorance about thus platform I personally purchased the bag in Vegas several years ago to take on a cruise and I did use it numerous times but I keep it in and my other bags and shoes in a climate control closet you’re a better posher than me that’s why I’m going to make you my final client because I hate confrontation

unlimited23@mardenboroughm no it has nothing to do with the packaging. The loop where the chain meets on the right side was coming apart. I felt around it and it seems like it had an adhesive of some sort holding it together.

mardenboroughm@unlimited23 I’m not certain what you’re referring to but I would absolutely never glue a Chanel link strap or anything … I would send to Chanel if there was a repair needed I’m a bit breathless at this moment It’s now in the hands of PM but I can guarantee my first born that I did not glue anything together

unlimited23@mardenboroughm i don’t think you did that at all. I told my husband I love the bag so much! I am going to take it to a bag repair place tomorrow and ask if it’s something that can be repaired. If they tell me yes, I’m keeping it. You were very communicative since the beginning so I am going to try and get it fixed if possible. But I opened the case just incase i can’t.

unlimited23@mardenboroughm I’ll send you pics. The side felt different. When I just touched it the looped popped up and came apart. That’s why I said it must of had an adhesive of some sort. The other side of the loop didn’t have that same texture.

mardenboroughm@unlimited23 PM told me they are sending the bag back and refunding you I’m waiting to see photos because the purse strap is in perfect condition on all my photos. They will assess my photos and the photos you sent After this case I am closing my closet with PM I can’t believe this is happening but my price wax excellent and the bag was too I looked at your closet and compared our prices for Chanel bags and I was in shock ..

unlimited23@mardenboroughm Not once did I say YOU did x. I told you what I saw & what happened. I was being very transparent and told you immediately after case was opened. Many buyers don’t communicate with sellers but I did out of respect to you. I already reiterated that I was going to keep it because it was well under what others are selling it for, I love the bag and the price to fix it is reasonable. Rather you want to hear it or not I email PM to tell them I want to keep it. Waiting on their reply.
