Works great. Great sound quality. Adjustable volume. Great for private hands free calling! Good condition. Wiring in perfect condition. Some signs of wear on ear pieces as pictured, ear pieces are nicely padded. Head set and microphone are adjustable. Keypad is the phone and headset plugs into the keypad Stand clicks in place as shown Great for call center and customer service WFH jobs where you’re in the phone and need to type but don’t want the poor speaker phone sound quality! I used via phone jack and Avaya phone system. Easy to set up. Can be used as a landline or hooked up to online phone systems. Only worn for about 30-40 minutes total per day 5x week for 2 years. You could always get replacement ear covers. Got a new job and I don’t need it anymore!
