Phoebe Couture Sheath Dress White & Black Rose Print Scoop Neck Short Sleeve size 16: approximate flat measurements in photos pit to pit-20 waist-19 hips-22 length-37.5 Very pretty dress but pease view photos. The liner has been cut out so a slip will be needed. There is a yellowish place on the left shoulder. I tried to get it out be no luck. I dont think it will really show when on, especially if you have long hair to shoulders. See pics please. 12&13 I am unsure of fabric content. It feels silky.
