NWOT Philosophy dress with embroidered bell sleeves - SZ S. Black stripes with hem details. Spectacular embroidered sleeves. Off the shoulder style. I wear a small, but this runs more like a medium for my size and shape. Can be worn with or without a belt, bought for myself, removed tags, but have never worn. I bought it for a cruise to Mexico since it reminds me of that fashion style! Colors are spectacular on sleeves💕
