from my closet. I took the tags off because it itched but the side fabric label is still available. these are so comfy. The waist is elastic but lays flat. The waist measures 15" laying flat unstretched, with a hip of 19" and inseam of 26". all of these measurements are laying flat unstretch. They are not damaged. I just don't wear these leggings much.
