I had this exact same hat, with the same pink stains on it (from my lipstick lol) and it’s been missing for a couple of weeks. I can think of a short list of places I would have left it. beckygal @cvince11 i listed this on 3/27/25 (but I have had it in my possession for longer than that since she gave it to me with a load of other items and I know the exact date) I am so sorry but I am very certain that this isn’t your hat. I know what it is like to be missing a treasured item though. I feel bad for you!

cvince11 @beckygal you aren’t being honest here and you know it. There is no way this hat with pink lipstick stains that my hat happened to have in the exact same spot belonged to your friends son. In all my years of living in Philly I have never seen anyone else with this hat. I’m giving you the opportunity to do the right thing. I’ve been agonizing over leaving this hat somewhere. Please at the very least admit you found it and let me “buy” it back for the cost of shipping.

beckygal @cvince11 you are flat out accusing me of having/stealing/taking your hat and I am telling you that this isn’t it. I am a very honest person and I have had this hat in my house for long before you lost yours and it has never left my possession. I hope that you find your hat soon so you can come back and hopefully apologize for these accusations. I don’t go around selling stolen goods and I certainly don’t ransack the Phillies stadium lost and found seeking things to sell.
