Phil Rose | 1960s Whimsical 3D Flower Knit Wool Sweater Cardigan

Vintage condition, no material/brand/size tags. Super fun piece for the 60s. 3D neon flowers on a cream backdrop. There was a small split/hole on the back that has been mended. Please see last photo.
