This is a Viscose Button up Blouse by Phase 8. Size tag says 16. MEASUREMENTS: Chest - when laid flat across the back from pit to pit: about 22" Waist - flat: about 22" Hips - flat: about 23" It has a white background with black and brown horses. There are some pleats across the back under the collar. This top has been very gently worn. I bought it in London.
