Petunia Pickle Bottom Meta Backpack, Diaper Bag $164 (DEFECT)

I received this item in a pallet. I purchased a few weeks ago. I did notice multiple defects. Both of the straps have defects. One is completely ripped off and missing. The other one is half ripped off. I did take photos so you could see. There are also multiples white marks on the exterior.. It is also missing the diaper changing pad,.
