Such as the changing pad. I also think a removable strap may have been originally included, but is missing. The bag can still be worn as a backpack or crossbody bag. Pink has worn off the front. Some discoloration on the back straps and near the zippers. Some other small scrapes and marks, but overall minimal. Interior is overall clean, but a few marks and stains.
