Petrovich & Robinson Vintage Wrap Ruffle Dress in great condition! Wrap style with 3/4 sleeves. Tie around waist and tie detail at sleeve. Hooks and snaps to secure wrap front. Shoulder pads. The color is a blue black. The only flaw is a small snag under one of the ruffles (please see last photo.) The size is French 46, but this dress fits me so I’m listing as a size 10.
