Petite scrub pants

I bought these new online they were supposed to b a size small, now that I'm losing weight again they are too big ..across top of pants is 18 ins..definitely not a small size..I would say M to L size & they do have drawstring ..Approximately 27" inseam..had them professionally hemmed..
