deadlyhandsome No size? Also, Peter Brothers is still in business and a 100% beaver hat costs about $500. Other hat makers make better quality 100% custom beaver hats for even less. I’m not sure where you came up with your pricing. Fifty years ago the 100% beaver hat from Perter Bros. was called The Banker One-Hundred and sold for $100.

deadlyhandsome When this hat was new it sold for $100 hence the “One Hundred” moniker. These Peter Bros. hats aren’t bad, but they weren’t anything really special.

deadlyhandsome @taosite Rand’s makes a 20X that is pure beaver and so did Beaver Brand / Langengerg Hat Co. Stetson’s absolute finest pure beaver hat was a 7X and that was true for roughly 50 years. The old 7X is arguably much better than the current 1,000X.
