Peter Som Career Dress / Cocktail Dress in black and white print w/ beaded belt

I bought this dress for a work conference and the compliments were nonstop! I had been on the hunt for something that I could wear for the conference and then out for drinks with colleagues afterwards and this was PERFECT! The length and fit and cap sleeves make it very business appropriate (I added a black blazer because of the air conditioning), and the beaded belt, which is attached, gives it enough pizzazz to wear to drinks! The material is a dressed up textured material - I think it is a jacquard. This would also be a great dress for a bride to wear to something bridal, or for a graduation!
