Label inside reads PETER PAN Inspired by OLEG CASSINI. Second label reads: SMALL 1200 100% nylon elastic. Nylon spandex. Another Peter Pan Fashion. Fun piece and needs a steaming or pressing as has been flat in envelope for fifth years and elastic no longer stretchy and the teeny spandex fibers spray off as you stretch it.
