Peter Pan, Neverland, inspired circle skirt with pockets, around XL

This skirt was purchased from an Etsy shop called GoFollowRabbits for $56. It's in relatively good used shape. As pictured, the elastic is worn in one spot. My waist measures 36" and my hips are 48" and I've included a photo of it on me since there are no size markers. 🖤 I generally wear a XXL or a Torrid 2 to accommodate my bust and hips although those sizes just run slightly large on my waist, so I'd say its equivalent to a women's XL.
