can you show a pic of fabric content tag? also at 15.5"-16" across, this measure is more like XS and would be styled more tight. This has shrunk from typical L bust across, depending on if it was meant to be more classic fit at 20" across to relaxed closer to 24" across. This is major shrinkage. Length of similar sweaters like this are usually closer to 28" and longer, maybe 33" if meant to be tunic sweater.
