Is this dress stretchy? Are the sleeves cropped?

@dufuller because it is soft alpaca wool, it does stretch - but, I would not call it "stretchy".-the sleeves are 27 inches from shoulder - just pushed up to accommodate the mannequin = very soft and yummy !
