Persona I U.S.S. Santa Nautical Holiday Picture Frame

In VGUC, this is a "U.S.S. Santa" holiday picture frame with a nautical theme, by Persona (I *believe* it came from Christmas Tree Shops/CTS). Features 3 Santa-like figures at the bottom of the frame in all-weather gear, two are wearing caps, one is not. A sack on the lower right of frame reads "U.S.S. Santa" with the top & sides of the frame adorned with Stars of Bethlehem. Exterior rim of frame features nautical stripes in a dark-red & cream. The interior frame looks like it has gold bolts around it, maybe for battening down the hatches! The back of the frame shows some wear, and the clear portion is PLASTIC, not glass, be aware. It is flimsy, and doesn't fit perfectly inside the frame, but it closes nonetheless. Simple operation, a side hinge with two latches.
