Perry Ellis Portfolio Brown Pinstripe Suit with flaws

Very nice wool suit, purchased at Lord & Taylor in New York, but unfortunately there is some moth damage (one small hole and two flaws) on the Left jacket sleeve. Otherwise good, pants in v good condition. Size 42, please see photos for measurements of jacket and pants. From a pet-free and smoke-free home. I have adjusted the price to reflect damage. A good tailor or darner can fix these issues, but it's a challenge.
