Perfect red pinstriped black ruffled mini skirt

This 64% rayon, 33% polyester, and 3% spandex mini sits low on hips to accent your tush. It has alternating red and tan pinstripes on a black background. There are three bold black (functional) buttons accenting the left hip. It is 34" at the waistband, and 13.5" long. There is some stretch, for zipless entry, but this is a very firm ponté knit. Labeled large, this unique vintage piece was made in the USA.
