these are the best cut-off shorts, make the butt look wonderful, sadly they don't fit me anymore made in Japan, 100% cotton, no stretch so please see measurements tagged as 9/27 but I think they are closest to a size 26 or a size 2 13" across waist 18" across hips 3.5" inseam 11.5" rise
