Perfect Royal Blue Dress from Avenue

Super flattering dress courtesy of Avenue! Form fitting and forgiving in all the right places. Great for work events! Loved it so much I bought it in black, too. (I'm keeping that one!) Sleeves come about 3/4 down and fit goes below the knee. Appropriate while still serving! Size is a 14/16. There is plenty of stretch in it!
