Perfect Red Ruffle Dress

This dress has been one of my all time favorite pieces. I wish it still fit! This gem is from Target and has been well worn and loved, but washes and wears so well! Only has small signs of wear (some fabric snags that is common with this crinkle fabric). Fits at the bust, thicker elastic waistband, straight but not tight skirt. This dress is so flattering! Looks so cute under a blazer or jean jacket, can be dressy or casual. Measurements when laid flat: Length: 31in Bust: 23
