Perfect Pink Vintage Floral Skirt

Possibly hand made? Has a side button closure with a zipper. It is really fun and very 90’s/60’s. Waist: 13.5” Hip: 18” Bottom: 18.5” Length: 20” Seen on 5’5 model with 26 waist, 35 hip. It fits model a just a little big in waist, but not pictured pulled tight. The material had some give all around.
