This is a brand new dress from Tobi. It still has its original tag on it, and it has never been worn. It has a sweetheart neckline that is reinforced by strong wire. It also has a zipper and clasp in the back. The sequins are white and silver which makes it always appear like light is sparkling off of it! I was very disappointed it did not fit for New Years, but it's gorgeous!
