Perf error! Sides12x3 Washington series 1802 stamp

Very rare stamp selling short price. Comes on a very nice and well maintained card! As you can see this is in 1808. As are many of the certain collection I’m selling. Because luckily the person that stamped each card was mailing them to a friend and they were BOTH stamp collectors. So every stamp in each and odd looking were sent back with instructions as to hold for the next collector. Will come with a certificate!
