@elvira555 it does not have hole, this was a duplicate. PTP 19" and has stretch, waist 15" with stretch as well

@elvira555 the original post was a duplicate copy made from previous dress in stock. This dress was inspected, and it does not have hole so it was re-listed with proper price according to its condition.
