Perceptions New York blouson top cocktail dress

Worn once. This dress combines comfort with style as few of my cocktail dresses do. The gold-print skirt is fitted and the navy blouse has a soft slip top under its sheer draping. Dress was altered only to remove a silver attache at the neckline that I felt clashed with the skirt color. No defects. Fits slightly large for size. Measurements: pit-to-pit 21 inches, waist 19 inches, length 38 inches.
