Perceptions Brushed Knit Ruffled Layered Maxi Dress Black Floral Size M

This is a beautiful flowing stretchy dress with soft layers at sleeves and hem. I cut the original label off but this is a Perceptions dress. While I had the scissors out I cut off the tiny belt loops and tossed the little belt that came with it. I think it has better lines without the little belt. Less cutesy and more elegant.
